On my last scrapbooking retreat, these wonderful crackers were made - they were really good and am looking forward to making more for my family. The recipe was shared from the wonderful people at Lakeshore UMA in Eva, TN (www.lakeshoreuma.org)
Ingredients
1 lb
saltine crackers
1 pk
ranch dressing dry mix
1 c
canola oil
1 T
ground red pepper (may use 2 tablespoons for hotter crackers)
Instructions
Put crackers in a 1 gallon zip lock bag. Mix dressing mix and pepper with oil. Slowly pour over crackers. Secure the bag.Turn the bag over every couple of hours to completely coat crackers with oil. Crackers are done when all the oil is absorbedExtra pepper can be added if you like it HOT!
