Create Ledger Sheets
Create a Christmas Organizing Ledger sheet for each area that you plan on spending money for this Christmas.
Think about all the different places you spend money during the holiday season. If you have the Christmas Organizing forms, you will find ready-made ones for you in your set, otherwise, use one sheet of paper for each one.
At the top of the sheet, write the name of the expenditure category. Now fill in the amount you want to allocate for this category. Now any time you purchase something in the category, write the item down and how much you spent. Keep a running total as you spend to know what you have left in each category.
